Artwork Guidelines
> We may require you to provide us your artwork design preferably in vector format (e.g. .eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf).
> For artwork with text, they may need to convert the text to outlines to avoid font change, substitutions and interpretations.
> For artwork in other file formats (e.g. .jpg, .png, .tiff, .gif), we may need to do some slight adjustments.
> Artwork dimensions: we will adjust the correct image diameter automatically according to your lighting fixture unless you have specific requirements. There is no need to sized your artwork to the gobo dimensions.
Ordering
> You can place your order by sending us your artwork and the details(e.g. gobo size, date needed, your contact number) to our email address: enquiriesslpro@gmail.com
> Once we receive your email, we will verify, check your artwork and your gobo size requirement. We may need to contact you after receiving your artwork through email or phone call as we will be sending you sample projections for your approval.
> Once you approved, we will proceed with the production.
Collection
>Your gobo order will take around 2-3 days upon confirmation to fabricate. If you require your gobo faster than the time stated, please call us .We may charge you additional payment for urgent gobos.If you have more questions, don't hesitate to call us at 67469923 / 67489923
